Our collaboration on the survey of living creatures was published on NHK Mie NEWS WEB

Our collaboration on the “Survey of catfish and other living creatures” was introduced in NHK Mie NEWS WEB published on June 1, 2025. The survey was organized by the “Association for creating fish ladders from the river to the rice paddies” and conducted in rice paddies near the Nabari River in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. We volunteered to guide the survey. Local elementary school students participating in the survey were delighted to find many catfish.

Prior to the survey, on May 12, 2025, a simple fish ladder was installed at a drop-off from the Nabari River to the rice paddies. We provided technical guidance and installation work as a business and volunteer.
